Experienced team

The Licensing Navigators is a consulting team of former IDCFS home day care licensing representatives. They have joined together to guide home day care providers through the highly complex experience of working within the IDCFS licensing system. The Navigators are independent of IDCFS.

Navigating through licensing

Through our education, training, expert knowledge and experience, we provide technical assistance with licensing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to empower child care professionals to efficiently and effectively work within the licensing system.

Supporting Growth

We respect day care providers for their commitment to their continuing education and we recognize their efforts to properly run their own businesses and provide quality child care to their communities. We are linguistically and culturally competent through our experience in working with a diverse group of day care providers. We understand the importance of receiving a just opportunity to succeed.
