Terms and Conditions

Deposit. A $25 deposit is required to reserve a service. The deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Should the client cancel and reschedule within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, the deposit will be applied towards the rescheduled service. Deposit is non-refundable should the client withhold critical information or demonstrate actions that interfere with the completion of the service. 

Cancellation Policy.  Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When canceling an appointment, we require all clients to provide 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time of the service. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Should a client need to cancel a scheduled service less than 48 hours due to illness, severe weather emergency or natural disaster the Licensing Navigators will provide a one-time cancellation deposit waiver. A grace period of 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be allowed. A client’s failure to be present for the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. An additional deposit of $25 will be required to reschedule the service.  In the event Licensing Navigators cancel the scheduled service within 48 hours, the appointment shall be rescheduled with the client within a reasonable timeframe for both parties. Should the Licensing Navigators cancel less than 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled service or be refunded.

The Licensing Navigators reserve the right to refuse services. The Licensing Navigators reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the contract at anytime. All parties included in the contract understand the Licensing Navigators are a consulting service providing guidance through the day care licensing process but do not guarantee an approval of the requested services.
