2-2.5 Hr Visit

•  This service is recommended upon receipt of the renewal application packet.

• Our team will review and assess the renewal application and documents for accuracy and compliance with state licensing rule. 

• We will evaluate continuing educations and trainings to ensure state requirements are fulfilled.

• We will provide direction on the organization of children’s and staff files to ensure compliance with state regulations.

• We will assess and provide recommendations pertaining to desired amendments to the day care license.   

• We will inspect/evaluate household safety, use of space, and compliance with state regulations.

 2-2.5 Hr Visit 

• This service is recommended when the licensee is considering moving to a new address.

• Our team will provide specific notification and application requirements.

• We will provide information and direction regarding local municipality requirements.

• We will review required documents and home safety requirements for a change of address.

• We will provide a home inspection/evaluation to assess safety, use of space, compliance with state and local regulations.

• We offer custom measuring to provide an estimated license capacity. 

• We will provide direction on the organization of children’s and staff files as well as daily/monthly required record keeping to facilitate compliance with licensing rule.
